A lot of time guilt doesn't stop someone who self-mutilates, it just leads them to get sneakier about their mutilation. Speaking from experience here.
AnonymousYeah and it’s pretty easy to be sneaky about self mutilation, you never really realize how much of your body is covered by clothing till your trying to hide something.
