Fuck Yeah Reactions
I just want to say I completely agree with you concerning this censorship issue, and even your fascination with the thought process of people who deal with that sort of thing. Anything we can't understand or reason, we have to express or it festers and ultimately gets expressed somehow, usually in a destructive way. Musicians do it, poets do it, painters do it, and for some people, blogging is that medium. I'm worried the staff is going to paint "harmful" with too broad a brush.

Thank you

and

If you read the policy post they already have by the simple fact that they haven’t really said what “harmful” is outside of “self-harm”

Well yeah self-harm is harmful but you know what else? Talking about self-harm isn’t not always, blogging about it is the only thing that keeps some people from going over that edge. It can be a distraction, I mean this post takes a few seconds to make, usually the venting post take a few minutes it’s AMAZING how much a persons feelings can change within that few minutes they took the time to make a venting post. Those post can be what save people sometimes. I’ve seen so many times when it actually was what saved a person. Venting helps. Banning the venting doesn’t.
