No it’s not better, it’s not better AT ALL, I don’t like that mind set, it’s really disturbing.

Have you ever read The Giver(or really any sort of dystopian society novel)? Sorry this is kind of a side point but that’s the mind set of the people who run that world, that anything that can been perceived as “bad” should be removed from society and I don’t like it, it kind of scares me.

Bad things shouldn’t be hidden away or removed, we shouldn’t hide away dark things and keep them secret.

It’s just, I’m sorry I’m not trying to like bash you but I just find that to be one of the sickest things a person could say. It’s bad so delete it?

I just don’t understand. I don’t see how you can think that way.

The world is full of bad things, of difficult things, of things that can hurt people but you can’t just ignore them because someone might be hurt by it. It’s the worst way to deal with things, the absolute worst. Ignoring things only makes the problem worse because your taking away peoples ability to express because you aren’t allowing them too so they just repress it and you can’t tell me it’s good for a person to repress things, tell me you can’t? You know that’s wrong.

Thinking like that goes along with the saying “those who don’t know history are bound to repeat it”

I know this are kind of different subjects but at the core of it, it’s the same. You have to know about things to understand them, you have to talk about it to understand, change or heal it, you know?
